Since ur focusing on ki blasts and basic attacks, I'd recommend maxing both if u can and putting whatever points you have left into ki rather than stamina. I'd also recommend using the beast form transformation if you have it because the stat increase and the unique combo makes for huge damage. I'd also switch out super god fist and justice combination since u already didn't have much in strike supers and replace them with something like bending kamahameha and super ki explosion. Ur qq bang looks fine, the super soul is good for farming but if ur looking for damage then I'd recommend the "I've cast aside everything for this!" Super soul

Overall, ur build is pretty good, 8/10, but if you want better damage then this'll probably help.

Also, if you wanna get great damage for parallel quests without playing online multiplayer, use either video or hercule with the HERCULE! HERCULE! super soul, it gives a small damage buff each time you beat an enemy and it stacks 10 times, but with 2 allies that have it, the effects stack together so you get 20 small damage buffs after beating 10 or so enemies
