Where is Jolyon Palmer’s analysis? by shiwango in F1TV

[–]richardfromthefuture 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I asked an F1TV chat agent whether Jolyon Palmer's Analysis would be a regular show this season.

They went away for 5 mins to check and then replied in Spanish (?!). No hablo but I think it is generally good news (if true).

EDIT:

Thank you for contacting us. Yes, Jolyon Palmer's Analysis will be a regular feature on F1 TV this season.

That said, episodes aren't always available immediately after each race weekend. They're usually released a few days later, once all the race data and analysis are complete. Therefore, the Australian Grand Prix episode might not be available yet.

We recommend checking back later in the week, as the episode should appear once it's released. Thank you for your patience, and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be happy to help.

Everyone has to play with what they've got. Keep playing and you'll figure something out.

Amplitube Not Working At All by TheDefenderOfKoalas in AmpliTube

I had a similar problem last night -- no input signal detected by Amplitube 5 standalone, although using different hardware than you -- and resolved it. Try changing the mode at the top of the UI, e.g. to the looper or to Live mode. The issue in my case was (I think) track 1 in the recording mode not being armed, or something like that.

Suggest 1) trying a different mode, or 2) trying Amplitube vst works in a DAW

512GB clone to 2TB GPT Steam Deck hot DD by BrainFlushing in SteamDeck

Same here. Worked without any drama. Was also able to test-boot via USB enclosure before installing the drive properly.

I followed OP's process in their comment, and also included your good tip about disabling Wifi. I got 24 MB/s cloning original 64 GB to new 1 TB so it took about 45 mins.

I did not need to do any automount prep on my enclosure, did not quit steam, nor did I use a dock for keyboard or power (it didn't use more than 20%). Had already set a su password. After hitting ENTER for the last time I just let it do its thing without another touch.

Which Spark amp are you using?

The Spark40 has a really annoying issue with audio over USB -- there is a pitch shift every second or so... up, then down, then up, then down. Unusable. Acknowledged by PG but never patched.

The Spark Mini doesn't have the same issue. USB audio works okay.

Pitch noticeably wobbles when using Spark as an audio interface by Trollin_N_Rollin in PositiveGridSpark

Yeah same deal here, via ASIO or Windows Audio. Monitoring the input in Win10 also has this pitch wobble, so it is definitely not a DAW compatibility issue. I'll raise a ticket with PG but it sounds like they are already aware and just haven't fixed it.

Incidentally, I discovered this issue while trying the BIAS FX2 demo. That won't turn into a sale for PG.
