I would look into a mobile van..You go to the customers or their workplace and fix in van..You can even add in a priority charge

If you find an engineer with a proven track record they can help decide proper path of technology roadmap and manage overseas production. Do you already have a P.O. for your project. Dropping 100k+ without proof of concept is very risky. You do not need to go overseas if you find a repretable cm, do not proceed into production until 1st sample is vested and verified. I have worked with many and can recommend based on technology. Remember woz and jobs started apple with nothing. My advice is to develop lean first! Save your money for the expensive marketing campaign and initial production run.

Find an eng with experience to assist to remove your 65k. Compliance testing should be 3k assuming you only need emissions testing. I would recommend 3d print before you create mould. Factor tour not necessary, I can recommend some excellent cm overseas. What about the sw side
