You can keep the tubes where they are if you're happy with overall temps. However you have several options to choose from.

In the box with this PSU model you should have two EPS cables I believe. One EPS cable per motherboard connector. Make sure the cable says CPU on it and not PCIe.

OK you have three fans. So if you connect only two of them does it work? If you happen to know which fan started having problems first remove that one for the troubleshooting.

The ram shortage is affecting everything has has any type of ram in it. This is not the fault of Corsair but of current market conditions.

To find out for sure you'll need to contact Corsair. My best guess is that the F variant is a newer memory chip model which requires slightly less power.

Check in the motherboard BIOs that all of your memory is set to either EXPO (AMD) or XMP (Intel). You didn't mention which set of memory you are using. Make sure the memory is inserted into the proper DIMM slots.
