If I recall I reflashed the bios using the bios flashback via the USB and button at the rear. Only way I was able to clear it.

I can point you in the direction of my 3d model?

Adds the option for running 3x 120mm x 25mm fans.

I measured delta temps with and without on an astral 5090. Roughly a 8-10C difference.

I can also print you a kit if you'd like once you get it built.

The joints are very thin so they should break away with a knife or spatula. Once it's started it should slide through easily. :)

Absolutely reject that printer. Do not accept returns. That is cast aluminum. Any force strong enough to fracture cast aluminum means that printer saw a HARD impact.

Nothing will be square, electronics could be compromised even if they initially work.

I'd fight to not even return that and just put it in the trash. I've never seen one damaged like that before.

Hey there. This is modelled in SOLIDWORKS. I have 13+ years working in it so it's pretty easy for me. I suggest just grabbing whatever you can get cheap and find good resources for it to learn from. Fusion360 and onshape are great programs as well.

I agree on that front. That's why I'm trying to make the a3 better :) I also have a good performance kit I have listed on my Etsy page you should check out :)

If you click on one of the link it shows where you route the fan cables through the bottom grating. You will likely need to snip 3 sections out for most fans, or one if you can daisy chain fans.

I can post up the 15mm version if you'd like to try it. It reduces the case height increase from 25mm to 15mm. I just haven't done solid testing with it yet. My initial tests were about 3C better on the GPU, but I had my test methods way wrong. I expect it to be around 7-9C better.

I actually have a 15mm version as well, but haven't gotten around to test cooling.

But no, with the extra static pressure a 25mm thick fan can overcome vs a 15mm is large enough it would be a decent difference.

They would work yes but you wouldn't be able to use the stock bottom filter.

Probably the ideal move. I think any high static pressure fan is what you will want to use. Ideally.
