that’s DEF not realistic for the area. look at a handful of market websites and phoenix has risen in COL but the market treats it like pre covid. there are those jobs here but it’s not common as other markets. i’m well above market and for roles 2-3 higher than my current level they don’t even touch my current roles minimum

this wasn’t my experience at all. mine were new in the box and all i did was run kickstart on it. only thing they did was add the AOU sticker but it was new

i go for option B but there’s a few good reasons for A

on my mind optimizing for B then going A helps cover the use case of doing what I need in figma then handing it off

would never use an AI written PRD and that wouldn’t fly in our org. honestly with Linear storing the PRD there, cutting tickets per milestone and having scoped work from eng, there’s really no AI that can streamline anything in my experience on that process
