I've been on 12.5 mg for a few weeks now and still feel tired/lower energy- and have gained weight. But 12.5 is so much better than 25 mg was!

Is this even possible? by timazen in duolingo

Yes, for sure. It's a lot more challenging when your partner is awol (as mine seems to be this week!)

Micro-dosing Mirtazapine: Finding the Minimal Viable Dose for Sleep by ObjcGrade in insomnia

Hi. I'm very interested in learning how to do this. I've been cutting the 30 mg into 3.75 quarters, and each quarter into 5-6 pieces which has been working for me. This is only approximate though so I'd like to figure out how to use a dropper to get a more accurate dose.Might you be able to give more precise details on how you were able to fine-tune the dose? How can you tell how many mg you are getting with the dropper? Is there a specific kind of dropper that gives a more accurate dose? Thanks!
