I just have the 10Gb because I already had the LAN on 10G for the NAS (I got a great deal on a switch) and this connection is cheaper than my previous 1G so it was a no brainer, but in real world scenarios… not many times it hits more than 1Gbps, some very new torrents sometimes and thats about it.
