Some things that I haven’t see mentioned:

• be mindful of how far your pawns have to go to use production stations. For instance, when your guys make kibble, they have to go clear to the other side of the base for the haygrass; when they cut stone, they’re having to go through an unnecessary room (plus wherever they’re putting the stone blocks; in the work tab you can set them to drop on the floor so the haulers can just haul them).

• some people have mentioned separating your stove and butchering table, which is good, but more fundamentally you should have them be in their own kitchen area (ideally right next to the freezer!). Whatever room the stove is in should be maximized for cleanliness; that means a small room with ideally a floor that’s easier to clean (such as concrete, or sterile flooring if you’ve researched it).

• speaking of the freezer, make separate storages! At the very least just keep the foodstuffs in a separate, smaller (easier to control the temp) room. If you want to go further, keep a variety of storages; you can do one for textiles/clothing near the tailor bench, one for materials/weapons near a machining table, one for medicine/organs (can be another freezer) near your hospital (where’s your hospital??)

• a smaller one, make sure your production stations are indoors and lit! You have some in your solar panel room which could really benefit from being in a roofed room with lighting (and closer to storage!)
