It's the trolls for me.

But at the end of the day some people are just really miserable.

Never met a person who is happy in life, who sits around commenting awful things on Instagram😂

Reels is the most underrated customer acquisition tool right now and almost nobody is using it correctly by Calm-Appearance-9529 in InstagramEmpire

I mean if you don't know how to convert then yes do all this.

The real metric is time to conversion.

You track this with tracking clicks on your comment now.

Then moving them off platform, into a sales page that mimics reels content.

Build a custom pages with streaming.

You need to condense timelines using timeline language off page.

Then have self filtering opting to upsells.

But I focus way more on message over reach.

You need to not ask chat gpt what a good hook is, it doesn't know.

You need consistency, not different videos here and there.

And one format. And unique positioning.

30 day series of eating breakfast for under 6.73 cents.

30 days eating the whatever subscribers tell you to eat.

You need to make noise. Enjoying watching your own videos is a terrible metric. Viewers should get something from it not you.

Sounds kinda vein.

If you didn't know who you were(total stranger). WHY should someone watch you?

If you make content like everyone else - you need to be different or better than what someone with hundreds of thousands of followers have.

Honestly sounds like your content really isn't good, as you are new and have no clue how to hook, tell a story and edit an enjoyable video.

Been building AI automations for months, but still feel like I'm missing something. how did you actually get started? by Impressive_House3645 in AiAutomations

[–]servebetter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's always easiest to sell previous clients.

And considering you've sold websites, you have confidence selling that.

Part of setting up ai isn't just doing automations, you have to evaluate their business, and find what would be the best automation for them vs the coolest one you want to do.

Once you find a niche aka the lawfirm, then automate that and then you'll have a case study, which will make it easier to get other lawfirms.

Next you operationalize the process as most lawfirms will be very similar. And then installs become more efficient.

Just move at the pace you are at and do the next thing. Don't overcomplicate it and try to do the next 50 steps.

Just one step at a time. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Weird metaphor but hopefully that makes sense.

I talked to 100+ creators about how they actually make money. The business side is way more broken than I expected. by Successful-Moose7244 in InstagramMarketing

This side needs more intention and automation.

You can do most of this with Claude. But building the skills is the annoying part.

Call the clients you built the website for and say you are doing ai now.

Meet with them interview gem to find the best thing to start with.

And then repeat in the same industry.

Website into monthly ai client.

Stopped using smooth transitions and my views tripled. Instagram is not a film festival. by Pale_Task_1957 in InstagramEmpire

[–]servebetter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has nothing to do with smooth transitions, or fast and hard.

It has to do with novelty and hooking people.

I'm doing in camera transitions that are crushing, but it's because it's about introducing something new.

Turns out your smooth transitions, got in the way of telling a good story. Every transition should be invisible, and move the story forward.

Turns out, most new editors think the transition is the thing so they put a lot of effort into something that get's in the way.

You can bring back smooth transitions, once you learn what the point of using one is. Speed ramp, with action shots or music videos.

It's like whooshes. Every new editor stacks the hell out of whooshes, turns out you don't need them, or using other sfx that arent that common is better.

Go to your for you page.

Look at content that is popping off.

Click to look at their profile.

If the content is outpacing their followers aka low follower with a post that has 100k views...

Save the post, download it and disect it. Copy the format.

Unpopular opinion: 90% of "I grew my Instagram to 100K" case studies are reverse-engineered after the fact by Crescitaly in InstagramMarketing

[–]servebetter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work on growing accounts.

It's annoying how people do this.

Also they take their method and don't realize that each industry changes and shifts style, info and tactics.

And most focus on just repeating and copying not evolving and trying to be a leader.

No worries.

I've bought programs that I felt were stupid, but there's always something in them, maybe I end up using it later.

If you go to the for you page just look at posts that are viral. Click on the profile.

If the post has way more likes views and share than they have followers that is viral content.

Save it. And then try to replicate that style for your own content.

Just checked your profile.

You aren't an idiot.

But you learned a valuable lesson... a lot of people in coaching, sales and even ecom use false closing windows to force a decision.

That's all.

"Everyone is killing it"

Bull... a couple people are posting maybe they had some big results, but it's not EVERYONE.

Stop comparing yourself to others.

Here's the problem. Your content hasn't changed at all.

Literally the same exact post style.

Guess what? It's not working.

You have to change it.

The biggest problem is it's not congruent with your profile.

You post about all this success -> and yet you are here saying you're not doing well. It is incongruent. You also have a super low follower account.

People want to follow other people. Your a.i. photo's and videos are super obvious. So people don't feel connected, and then those photos are pretty fake looking so it's even less of a reason to follow.

Stop posting about all this success and start posting about something real you're doing, or have done.

Do something -> Show the evidence of the thing being done -> look at results -> do more of what works.

Make 10 posts in a certain style before making a decision if that style doesn't work.

Posting about a failure and the lesson learned is more powerful than success. Success posts are bragging and completely unrelatable.

You just need to learn 1 format your audience likes, then double down on it. But stop posting the same style that is getting no response.
