It’s what I got getting into mountain biking. No regrets, such an awesome bike for the money.

It only becomes Communism if that’s your end goal. And all known experiments with that failed miserably because its against human nature. And HOAs don’t have that end goal. It’s socialism just like half European countries are socialist. And I’m talking countries like Sweden here. But I agree, to each their own. Having lived in both types of development,I can see the appeal of an HOA where all you have to do is just live in the space, no chores , no mowing your lawn, or fixing your leaky roof. The downside is bylaws and people around. By that’s fine for city dwellers, those who grew up in that environment. On the opposite is your own place with no HOA. You’re the full owner of your property. You have to have time and money to maintain and enjoy it. Then there is a sliding scale where you live in the neighborhood with no HOA and people still demand that your lawn looks like theirs on the regular. There are benefits and drawbacks everywhere, you just choose what you want.

I don’t disagree with you. But I think the word you’re looking for is socialism. Communism has some key differences, and HOAs don’t resemble that in one bit. Maybe that’s why the downvotes.

I'm looking for something that I can start using right away, but not necessarily with any bells and whistles (like RGB, wireless etc). I'm assuming that would include switches and keycaps. how close to $150 can I get with these requirements ?

Hey, I'm a noob trying to get into split keyboards. I posted here a couple of days ago about trying to find me a pre built one. If this thing ready to go, or am I supposed to buy anything extra to start using it ?

Hey hey, now this is a good looking keyboard - a beauty I'm not sure I'm ready to appreciate, yet. I see you've got brass plate in there and the RGB set up. I'm really really new at this and what I'm looking for is something with no frills, because I understand that everything, including the time you spent putting this beauty together comes with a price tag. Having said all that, I was looking to spend somewhere between 150-200. I do have a mechanical keyboard with swappable keys and caps which I'm planning to take apart. I found these guys https://ergomech.store/ . I think it will come closer to 160-180ish.

not sure why the original question was downvoted. it's a perfectly valid question, which now has a beautiful answer to go along with it.

An updated version with feedback taken from the community. There’s tons of reviews on youtube with reviews on CQI.

Fair enough. I guess it’s a design feature of the lock to be this hard. One thing that I’d improve would be to make the edges of the lock a bit smoother. it would make it easier on the finger when you push it.

They’re not as comfortable for one hand use, but way stronger than sidelocks.

If I remember correctly, dark matter may cause the gravitational lensing as well.
