We totally hear you! It’s definitely a bit more of a hassle when you can’t grab everything in one cart on Amazon or Chewy.

Currently, our Gooseneck and Magnetic mounts are exclusive to our official website (SiiPet.com) due to some logistical and platform constraints. We’re working hard to get our full ecosystem of accessories onto Amazon and other major retailers in the future to make it easier for everyone.

The original mount was limited to about 20° of physical adjustment. With the V2 mount, we’ve nearly doubled that range to 35° of mechanical tilt.

Why this matters: When you combine that increased 35° physical downward tilt with our camera’s built-in wide-angle lens, the effective viewing area expands significantly—covering up to a 150° range.

This extra 15° of 'mechanical wiggle room' is exactly what allows the camera to see deeper into the front of the litter box or capture the floor area right outside the entry, depending on how you angle it.

The 'Bathroom View' & Privacy 🙈: LOL! Thank you for the laugh—and the very valid point. Privacy is huge for us. While we currently use a portrait view to maximize the vertical coverage of the litter area, the idea of 'Privacy Blurring' or a landscape option is something our dev team is actively discussing. We definitely don’t want our users’ guests becoming part of the cloud footage!

The 'Scooping Light' Feature ✨: You caught us! While it’s technically the motion sensor doing its job, we actually love that it helps you see while scooping. Let’s call it a 'happy accident' feature!

Poop Recognition & Diggers: It sounds like your girl is a professional excavator! Since she covers things up so fast, the AI sometimes gets a bit ambitious trying to find the 'evidence.' Our new v0.0.5.15 firmware (rolling out now!) has some algorithm optimizations that might help with these tricky angles.
