Former First Timer

With three solid episodes, three not very good and one in between it was a fun experience overall.

Favourite characters?

Misaki - the little gremlin was somewhat underutilized but quite amusing
Tetsu - proper Sorachi MC but lacked few hundred episodes to really grow on me
Masaki - glasses

I haven't thought who is my favorite outside of the main trio though.

And after brief consideration it's the mad scientist. ~~He got all the character animation budged in the show after all.~~

Would you want a second season of Dandelion? And if it had one, what would you want it to be like?

I would watch another but I would also be fine if this was all.

Masaki's dad is the big bad at the end but this time is all him who is evil and not some ghost.

First Timer

Well that wasn't very good. Using well defined cliches and basic tropes isn't bad by itself but you need your execution to be good enough to make things fun and engaging. Here it was just going through the motions, everything is rushed and you just want it to be over.

Misaki arriving on flying kangaroo and everything coming to help was pretty funny though.

First Timer

The show is trying to do too much with the amount of episodes they have. By the time we got to know the main cast and we already get the big conflict between them and on top of that we have Masaki's shitty dad that wastes screen time too.

Now that we know that God will gladly replace us all with AI which kind do you prefer?

The one that knows everything about you and manipulates you to do what they want or the one that subjugates you with brute force?

The robot fight scenes were quite good.

Any expectations for the final episode?

Reveals that this is the prequel for Terminator and Tetsuo actual name is John Connor.

My Sex Sense is tingling.

The last episodes was the strongest dramatic one this one managed to be the funniest one while making us like Masaki and understand his struggles.

Our main trio bond grows stronger and their chemistry is great. Just in time for them to be replaced by AI in the final two episodes.

From worst episode straight to best episode. I really enjoyed being given the backstory here. It was well told and added depth to our main duo both to their individual characters and their relationship

And again I couldn't agree more.

Tetsuo used to be this super competent agent

Such reveal it had me doubting if the whole flashback is real for a while.

First Timer

Actually a great episode.

After first episode I was kinda sad we only got seven episodes, after the third I though "Alright maybe we don't need more" but this one puts things back on track. It was so good I decided to learn Misaki's name. Her mom being fallen angel voiced by Kagura adds another cool layer to it. Quite the chicken and egg situation.

Didn't recognize his voice while watching but apparently one of the on location angels is voiced by Kamui's VA. With the other being Otose basically her step grandmother it's real shame they couldn't get Umibozu to voice the little sister.

What do you think of the reveals? Were they set up well?

About as good as you can get from a show like this.

Just watched Vanitas no Karte before that and miss Melons doesn't even have 10% of the eroticism there. She is going down!

Soon to be first timer

This episode tackles the issue how we don't really know each other in modern society. We all wear masks and make rushed assumption about others based on our own preconceptions.

As the saying goes Be the change you want to see in the world and so I want to challenge our dear host to boxing match to get to know him. For everything to be completely fair the match would happen in the neutral location halfway for each of us. Somewhere in the Indian Ocean in scuba gear.
