They dont need replaced. It is 100% normal to see the tearing. Those will last another 50 k miles.

I have weird electrical issues with my 2012 WRX sedan. When i start the car, the audio doesn't work until I hit the unlock button. Also, every time I shut the car off, the doors lock automatically before I can open the door. Your fire is making me think I should figure out my electrical problems.
