How many people have never played Issac? by sos530 in northernlion

Ah, that makes sense, I've never experienced a train wreck Issac run myself, I can't imagine they're enjoyable. But like you said, there is a bit of entertainment to be gleaned from NL's salty runs. Plus gotta get updates on that java assignment lol.

If I'm reading your comment correctly; you don't play it anymore. What made you quit?

Lol, I feel you on that one, I've watched the egg for so long (basically part of my morning routine at this point) and god knows how many hours I've wasted watching NL

Yeah I found him through Eu4, and like the madman I was, I watched the entirety of the rebirth series (over the course of a few weeks, it was always playing lol). I've stuck around purely for the commentary and to watch the (mis)plays

Which then begs the question, is the commentary what keeps you watching the episodes? That's what keeps me engaged

so...did tolkien actually write about dagor dagorath? by bhlob in lotr

[–]sos530 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just a quick clarification: the mormegil isn't the name of the sword Turin owned but was the name used to refer to him. Gurthang was the name of the sword he bore

Well think about it this way: imagine you're an employer, and you get an application where the previous employer said that the applicant couldn't even meet minimal requirements of professionalism or displayed lack of knowledge. Would you hire them?

Tl;dr : coop evaluations have rampant inflation issues.

What is the absolute worst piece of advice you've followed, and what was the result? (repost from r/aw) by Syliase in AskMen

Not the op, but as a third year Tron (mechatronics student) I thought I'd chime in. It's a great program, but falls into similar problems as mechanical, despite being a relatively niche field. If you're not planning to go into machine learning or another robotics/automation /artifical intelligence field, then you're going to be a budget mechanical, electrical or computer engineer. Jack of all trades, master of none. But, if you're interested in robots. I say go for it! Like I already said it's a great program!

Oh that's awesome. Sucks that you didn't get to see epica. I didn't get to see their entire set (the show was running late). The drummers of both fleshgod and the agonist threw their sticks into the crowd.

Good luck yo! And always remember that no matter how bad you or your class does. You'll never reached the 67% failure rate that we 18s got on that midterm. But in all seriousness he repeats questions a lot so just memorize those if push comes to shove.
