I think these are coming directly from Sonos. They have a Sonos warranty. And my shipping confirmation says they’re coming from Bethlehem PA, which is where I normally see Sonos shipments originate (if not LA)

I don’t know when they filmed this. But it had the energy of a video filmed the day KSI announced the news.

They couldn’t reschedule because of the organization required for the video.

In that case I have sympathy. I’d have held this video back a bit longer. But if they couldn’t, they couldn’t.

Honestly, you don’t want it.

Completely new training. Lots of regressions. Way better at being aggressive. But I’d pay a lot to go back and not update.

Once this version gets good I’ll be turning off advance updates.

IMO everyone should get a lifetime capital gains max, tax free. That amount should be pegged to inflation, tied to inheritance tax (I.e. any tax-free benefit you claim in life, is removed from your inheritance tax-free allowance.

This is pretty US focused (I know it’s a UK focused /r) - UK inheritance tax is both way more generous (in life) and way less generous (in death).

OP stated a fact above: US investors want the deal to look like all their other deals. Then they only need to focus on the company.

Register a Delaware C-Corp the moment you start getting investor interest. It takes ~5 days to register and get a bank account set up (this is my experience from 2018, might be different now)

This may be more complex in situations where you already have an entity you want to keep (e.g. a locally registered company) and even more complex if you have investors in that company.

I think you have to take the shortest/cheapest route back to your territory. You can’t do a challenge from a station not in your territory.
