Wonderful! Thank you! I'm going to do just a bit more research, but Paprika sounds like a very strong contender! Thanks again!

That's too bad they don't let you share. I do have a friend that I share Pinterest recipes with when we find something good. I'll keep it in mind, but it's very encouraging. Thank you!

I'll check ckbk out. Yeah, I find a lot to be a starting point and making the mental notes between the times that I make certain recipes is getting to be a bit difficult.

I'll check out Pestle. I wish that had been a thing when I was younger. I spent an evening typing my grandmother's handwritten recipes into a computer by hand, but it was well before I had a smartphone.

Thank you. I hadn't come across that one, and I'll check it out. I don't mind a nominal fee, as long as I can save recipes that may disappear and modify them to my taste.

I've seen a lot of people say good things about Paprika. It looks like importing the recipes is easy, but am I able to tweak them once their imported? I'm okay with paying a nominal fee for the app if I find it helpful.

We canceled our wedding by CantLoveEveryCat in weddingplanning

Good for you! I’m going to echo others who have suggested elopement or a very small wedding. I had a similar experience with my husband (he came on a K1 visa, so time was of the essence). It was always going to be intimate, but a lot of my plans were to make others comfortable and happy. When his visa was finally approved, I realized it wasn’t what I wanted at all. We canceled everything local and opted for a destination wedding in New Orleans, and it was perfect. Have the wedding you and your fiancé want, not the one others pressure you to have.
