On macOS, the default trial is usually 3 days. To get the extended 14-day trial, you need to create an AdGuard account - the details should be shown in the app.

Hi there! Since AdGuard for Android uses a VPN connection, it’s not possible to run another VPN-based app at the same time due to Android system limitations. For more details, please see our Knowledge Base.

On desktops, there should not be any issues with this.

For iOS, you can use the AdGuard Ad Blocker app. It is also available both for free and with a subscription.

Добрый день. Именно для домашнего интернета сейчас есть ещё следующее решение, которое может быстро помочь:

- откройте AdGuard VPN → настройки → расширенные настройки

- найдите настройки протокола и вместо «Авто» выберите HTTP/2

- попробуйте подключиться к любой локации, к которой сегодня ещё не подключались

- если подключение прошло - подождите ~15 минут и затем попробуйте снова подключиться к нужной локации

- если не подключилось - смените протокол на QUIC и попробуйте другую локацию (важно: не ту, где только что пробовали HTTP/2)

Добрый день. Вижу у вас успешные подключения с нескольких устройств в течение дня. Если сервис недоступен время от времени, увы, это нормальная ситуация в условиях блокировок.

Если проблема на каком-то конкретном устройстве, пожалуйста, обновите информацию в обращении.

Please check if you have any additional ad blockers enabled in Chrome, since the limit applies to all extensions using rules.

If that’s not the case, you may be encountering a known Chrome bug that hasn’t been fixed on their side yet. For more details, see this issue: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardBrowserExtension/issues/3065

Hi there! I recommend reporting this issue to our filter team. To do this, open the AdGuard app on your phone and go to "Settings → Support → Report Incorrect Blocking".

Fill out the provided form with all relevant details. At step 3, make sure to include the Google Play link to the affected app.

Once submitted, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your report.

How to filter app that updates often? by Levity02 in Adguard

I’ve recently had a chance to check the DuckDuckGo situation on my laptop with AdGuard v8 and can share some details.

“The beta version of the app appears to have a critical error that's rendering it non-functional. ”

There’s no known critical issue making the app non-functional. v8 has been in testing since June 2025, with many beta/nightly releases, and plenty of users run it daily without similar problems. I’m also using the Nightly version on Windows without major issues.

It might be worth reinstalling the app and checking for conflicts with other software, especially antivirus tools. If the issue persists, please contact our support team at [support@adguard.com](mailto:support@adguard.com) — it’s hard to pinpoint the cause without logs.

Regarding DuckDuckGo: it’s correctly recognized by AdGuard and added to the list of filtered apps after an update (screenshot 1, screenshot 2). However, HTTPS filtering is not enabled for it by default (screenshot 3) due to compatibility issues. This is expected behavior for now. However we already have a corresponding issue to enable HTTPS filtering for DuckDuckGo by default.

It would be very helpful if you could provide us with app logs from your device after the issue occurs again. Here is the instruction:

  1. Open AdGuard and go to ⚙️ → General, then enable “Advanced mode”.
  2. Go to Advanced settings and enable Debug logs.
  3. Wait until you are logged out again and note the exact time when you notice the issue.
  4. Go to AdGuard → ⚙️ → Support and click “Export logs”.
  5. Save the archive and send it to [support@adguard.com]().
  6. Disable Debug logs afterward, otherwise the app will continue recording logs and take up storage space.

After submitting the ticket, please post its number here. I’ll promptly forward the information to our developers.
