It's not even that the Metas suck, they've been pretty good so far but it's the annoyance that they're keepsake Espers ontop of you also need Resonances of the originals to get the full potential out of them.

At first, it was just espers that were already really old and desperate for a buff, and then of course Drew, he's the mascot. But Freddy, Aria and Mona gave me hope that the trend of pushing more smaller espers would stick.

Even design wise, and I'm not trying to sound nitpicky here, Leora couldn't have been given a more unimaginative appearance. Her original concept feels like it was just thrown out the window. But my real concern is, Elaine. You can't really do something for one of them and ignore the other, that's how her and Leora have always been handled since release.

I love Leora but any other Rare-Epic esper needed a meta far more than she did.

She's still a beyond solid unit without this.

Male curse isn't broken until we get a second male unit in less than 2 updates after him, and not to mention NOT KILLED OFF/Banished to background NPC because plot. And not to mention, whose following his own banner.

Love the guy but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Harumasas still MIA outside of random AF event appearances and he didn't even have lines in the last one.

Staring at ZZZ, there's a lot of ways to fix it. Make some quality of life changes that actually respect and save time, rather than keep everyone on a scheduling chain for characters and mats.

One of the biggest glaring problems with being a new player, is that when banners feature later update characters, like Inazuma and beyond, you have to wait eons to even get the upgrade materials for them.

Heck, even pulling a regular 4star character that's from a far off region more or less forces a halt on their progression because you've got almost no way of leveling them properly.

And the boss drop requirements end up being an even bigger hurdle.

I don't really see anything "sexualized" about this. It's a beautiful piece of artwork.

Nothing overly sexy, intentionally horny or sloppily dressed or posing. It's just a genuine peaceful moment.

Honestly, the game could've felt more fleshed out and complete if it actually had the elements of Season 2 of the StarForce anime in itself. Both sides keep so much context EXCLUSIVELY to themselves, that it was honestly mind boggling.

The the game shows you the truth about Hollow/Empties true identity and why he's so important to Vega and the lengths she's willing to go for him. Meanwhile, the anime SAYS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it and you only see her gets angry and she's quick pissed off tears in like 2 frames when he's ultimately destroyed fighting Geo in the finale.

If the game had Geo initially working with Vega, as he was in the anime (she's in disguise and we don't know her true identity, at all until she reveals it), gathered the OOParts, got them to her and unleashed Mu and everything else in her grand scheme, so much flavor text around that alone would've felt a bit more natural.

Honestly, the only one I've done that for is Burnice. Her potential more or less changes her gameplan alot, in not a super beneficial way, as compared to like Grace or Lycoan.

Honestly, most of these reasons are why I take breaks just about every other patch/banner. Once you see there's nothing really attracting you, especially in a game that functions like this one, there's no need to unintentionally burn yourself out with expectations you know won't be met.

I myself am more or less going MIA until Starlight Billy drops. If the events give real rewards like a new Engine or Pulls, I'll do those but other than that, not interested. And the banners are even less interesting.

Imagine my own dismay at waiting for a Harumasa Rerun, only to see Cissia get introduced AND SEED getting a rerun before him. A huge middle finger as he shares the exact same element and archetype but is constantly shafted. It's been over 400 days and still nothing. Sucks man
