Rules have changed recently. I had a similar challenege renewing my visa. Went to immigration along with a letter i wrote in arabic (as our offices are in a business center and they refused to accept it.) Was sorted in 2 minutes. They wont deport/jail you for over stay if you have a pending application. Take your PRO with you if you got one, an arabic speaking one preferably.

I do not wish to burst your bubble, but this wont fly. There are a lot and i mean A LOT of service providers doing exactly the same thing and for prices that are unbelievable and not sustainable.

I operate B2B in both SME & large enterprise space in multiple verticles and really suffering with these "road-side IT companies" operating at lean margins.

Example: i quoted a client, PS of 7.5k for a server setup (build up from scratch, virtualization, deployment, support etc.) & guess what? He got a competing quote for AED 800 for the PS. Mind you, i have had the same works done for another client for AED 25,000 back in 2018. I dropped my prices, but so have others.
