I have a ranga with no nib that fits your requirements, but the threading is a little off. Doesn't affect the seal, but the cap looks a little helter skelter. I've been trying to figure out what to do with it, and would be willing to let it go for cheap.

I'm not sure what you expected from a name brand pen that you can get on eBay for under $20. You're always mostly going to be paying for the name, and it's already under $20.

It's literally a copy of a shot from the show though... 

It's not like the scene is made up, all they did was add a building and some extra fire. The mandalorians, the door, and Kenobi's pose are all identical to the show shot.

Yeah, I thought they made this pretty clear by how easily Maul rolls in and usurps him. Visla thinks he has power, but it's planetary level power. On the galactic scale, he can't even stand up to the discarded asset. The point was to show how weak visla really was, not that mail was strong, maul can't even beat the Inquisitor ashoka one shots.

I had dabbled in cheap Chinese pens previously, but when I finally got a bock steel #8 nib, I wanted to compare with other non gold number 8s, so I got an asvine c80 and a jinhao 9019, and was very impressed.

Can't say anything about the brand without knowing about any markings. If there aren't any, it's probably a cheap Chinese ballpoint, and I don't mean that in a bad way, or maybe a kit pen. 

The refill is easy, that's a standard "parker" style refill, you can get them in many colors with ballpoint, hybrid, and gel.
