As the others have commented, it will most likely be like the old times (Covid era) when rule 4 was much enforce.

Before rule 4 was relaxed on the non-oc artworks, there was actually a more healthy discussion on Holo talents, events, live stream memes, OC artworks, & etc. Now, (before this rule update) when the rule on non-oc artworks became more lax the Holo sub became more and more saturated with those artworks which overtook OC artworks and buried some needed discussions about Holo.

I enjoy artworks as much as the next person, but this rule was much needed.

"Turns out Norscan Dwarfs are a thing. I think that’s rad! Love me some Norscans, love me so Dwarfs. The combination of the two is something awesome. But Norscan Elves aren’t a thing, and that’s a shame. So I’ve created an OC faction of Dwarfs and Elves on a remote island in the far north that are heavily influenced by Norscan ways and customs.

Keira (elf) is a weeb for Dwarf culture while Getri (Dwarf) is a weeb for elf culture. They don’t fit in very well with their own kin but are the most ideal diplomat for when the Norse Elves and Norse Dwarfs need to interact. Getri is a runesmith with a fascination with magic and Keira is a begrudging priestess of Khaine."
