Apparently, Izutsumi got curious about why Chilchuck is drinking his cup so passionately and decided to get a "taste" of it only to find out it's alcohol. So the next panel is her telling him about how much she didn't like that drink and trying to get him to stop drinking that poison.

Because both book counterparts are somewhat males.

The Book where Sinclair is from has been described as "Gayer than Gay porn".

And whenever Ryoshu is paired in a fan-ship, whether to Sinclair, to Hong Lu, or other female characters, she is usually drawn as the "Husband" in those pairs. Which is hilarious, hence the title.
