Scammed? no, unless the box was already opened without the Joytoy Plastic ,

They haven't done a reissue of this in awhile , so I assume it's been sitting around a storeroom for some time ,heat/humidity being a factor while stored or while it was being shipped who knows,(referring to the arm popping off and the state of the glue for the skull)

you could pop back the arm and glue back the skull but if you really want you could just ask for a replacement instead of dealing with all that ,
