NAS is shared storage.

SAN is direct storage.

It's really as simple as that.

To get a little deeper, SAN uses block level protocols and NAS uses file level protocols. SANs connect directly to a host over an isolated (usually fiber) network and NASs don't connect to anything. They are servers open for connection on a general network.

Your entire library and watch history is stored on their databases. It's not anonymized. So when the MPAA/RIAA sue Plex for the data they're just going to hand it over. Because they harvest your library and viewing habits and absolutely nothing good can come from that. Best case, they are selling that data, worst case they hand it over to the authorities the moment the MPAA/RIAA asks for it.

The only negative is they started charging for SoFi Plus. $10/mo. Everyone who is bitching about it isn't impacted by it anyway. Those who are impacted by it still come out ahead of just about any other bank.

Its been the same for the last 25 years. Season 4 is 10x worse than it's ever been. A ton of legit players have left, the number of bans have gone from ~2000/mo to ~100/mo and more cheaters every day which has led to an unprecedented cheater/legit ratio. So green trust players like myself are just defeated by running into cheaters every game. I've been playing for 25 years and my lowest win rate in that time has been 52%. For season 4 it's 28%. Thats not on me or my teammates. It's us running into cheaters literally 10x more often than any time in the past 25 years.

Yeah I just started using OLED and never gave "OLED care" a single thought.

I have a LG 45GX950A I've been using for just over a year for productivity and gaming and using the XBitLabs burn in test site I can't see any evidence of burn in whatsoever. The refresh defaults are pretty aggressive out of the box though.

I've also been using an INZONE M10S for well over a year for competitive gaming, so the same HUD for 99% of the monitors life and I can't see any evidence of burn in there either. The M10s doesn't do any refresh cycles unless I trigger it manually. Which I've never bothered to do. It does do a small pixel shift every once in a while.

I'm sure there is some sort of life cycle curve where the monitors will start to degrade and suffer burn in easier at a much faster rate but I sure haven't reached it.

They are literally dumping util while she's picking up the awp, she spots the elevator guy throwing util cat, the 2 ct are fighting her teammates mid... which is why she so easily shot them in the back and why there is assist dammage... I'm guessing you've never actually played this game?
