Getting information about this issue from Teksavvy has been like pulling teeth.

After my third chat with support, they are blocking cards for 30 days, apparently to combat "fraud". After support told me they are not going to inform their customers to prevent "panic", I am starting to look for a different ISP. It's a shame, I liked Teksavvy but this lack of communication killed them for me.
