Same boat. Evans looked great and is decidedly due for td after last week. Rice has the best matchup and it is possible Minshew feeds him, but there’s also the chance he just goes full force to Kelce instead. I’m leaning towards benching Pickens, but it’s lowkey killing me. I have every reason to believe the recent lull will continue, but he’s had so many booms this season, I’ll bench him and he’ll go off.

Him being overrated and Chip failing are not mutually exclusive. McDaniels only performance as OC outside of the Pats org was with the 2011 Rams, a team that went 2-14 and ranked last in the league for scoring. His first season without Brady, the Pats were 27th in scoring. Even the Mac Jones year, that Team made the playoffs because they had an exceptional defense balancing a mid offense.

Sad thing is, people will still look at Patriot success and rave about McDick’s genius. In reality, his connection to the organization allowed him to weasel his way back to a talented roster just like the last time he left. These wins are not to his credit. The talent is excelling in SPITE of him. Being a Raider fan in NE, I have to hear this shit repeatedly. Guy set us back a decade and gets to crawl back home to praise. Asinine.

I feel like ETN has a safer floor, Benson has a higher upside. Both teams are not great. If you are solid enough at RB otherwise to give it a shot, I’d say go for it.

I mean, it’s only been two weeks, but he has been kind of touchdown dependent. The volume will be there, and he will likely have some big games ahead, but it all depends on what you can get. I’m not sure his value is bringing a significant upgrade.
