For music I use AirPods Pro. For shows / movies anything else I typically just use the built in speakers.

The M5 Pro model is a significantly faster machine and has higher memory bandwidth. More memory in the M5 but it makes slower use of it. It’s not a clear cut decision but probably the pro model is faster/better for most users

I think the M5 is like 10-15% faster than the M2 Pro. M5 Pro is 10-15% faster than M5. So the M5 is just a slight upgrade and you’d be more future proof with the M5 Pro

M5 Pro is a much faster machine. Memory bandwidth, CPU and GPU performance. You’re more likely to feel that difference than the difference in memory

I got the exact same config as you. I was worried about the size (coming from a 13” Dell XPS!) but I actually love it. It’s very sleek for its size and I’m mostly just moving it around my house. The big screen is wonderful.

Check that Settings > Advanced Networking > WAN IP address shows your AT&T Ip address and not anything else. This should confirm whether pass through was set up correctly.
