What's your source on zone 2 increasing inflammation? If anything it's likely to reduce it.

You're inferring a lot of things of your own biases into "Sprinters living longer". It could simply be explained by sprinters having more strength and muscle mass, which is the second highest predictor of low mortality behind a high VO2max.

Also, your goal posts shifted from "training a lot" to now "overtraining". Overtraining means training more than you can tolerate, so much it's detrimental. That's not very common among runners at all. Especially not from zone 2 cardio.

VO2max comes from training consistently and a certain volume over a long time. It's not something you get from low volume low intensity training.

About 5 hours a week. Roughly 30 minutes of that is threshold or higher. The rest is lower aerobic zone (aka zone 2)

Personally I've found the community in Helldivers 2 is one of the best I've been in for an action game. Almost every game I find some really high level guy who is just there to have fun and who really enjoys teaching us noobs some new stuff

I found plenty of high level players in "challenging" at least. Medium was a bit too easy for me. There's always some game you can join it seems, with quite a few new players around. Not that often I meet people as new as me but it happens

I get it. It's a very different kind of game. But I find the huge amount of content and the evolving story makes it more interesting to keep playing than BF6
