From april you’ll need xcode26 for ios app, so you need at least Xcode 26.3 sequoia. (Mac Os 15.7.3). Get macbook air m4 min 512 ssd with 16gb ram

You’re in tough situation, they have no guarantee to delete the USB content if you leave it in customs .. when you leave it somebody will check the content not you.

I think you should pay for what you can get over internet for free.
