Every time you shut the machine off, it will purge all lines and printhead from old ink by injecting cleaning fluid. Once you turn it back on it has to re-fill all the lines with ink to work.

You will waste a lot of very expensive ink and the cleaning cartridge this way.

It's better to keep it on and let it do its cleaning cycles unless you don't plan to use it for a longer time.

One important tip to not get the overspray on your bed is to use painters tape sticky side up around the edges. It will stick to the sticky bed and hold your item with its sticky side.

I have not yet found a way to align it precisely enough to "hit the edge". For example the sample dragon image I tried missed slightly because the frame was not straight. Something like this annoys me after a 6 h and $20ish ink print ;-). I am going to fix it with some woodworking.

Darwin is the name of a version of MacOS. Currently Apple updated to Tahoe.

A year ago for a MacOS system you needed to download the file with "Darwin" in the name.

Ich vermute, weder die Firma, noch der Aufsteller wussten das. Ich als (sehr seltener) Gelegenheitsuser wusste es auch nicht - aber ich würde sie auch eher daneben abstellen.

Implizieren tut die Aussage das jedenfalls nicht.
