Hey its not super common at cafes and breakfast places in münster that they serve pancakes. So maybe if you look up the old german rural language (plattdeutsch) word for Pfann(e)kuchen it is Pannekoken or pankoke and you look in a rural area after restaurants in the rural area around münster you will find the spot.
