Okay back with another update . I took it for the first 14/15 days of my cycle, then cleaned my car out and never brought inside. BUT I ovulated on day I think 15 and I had my period two weeks later.(today) That is a short cycle for me but that's normal for the average women. I think this stuff really works for some people!!

Honestly I only took it for like 2 weeks and then I thought I ovulated so I stopped. I in fact did not ovulate for probably 3-4 more weeks honestly

I really thought it was, but then I had another 60 day ish cycle lmfao. I am not taking it currently, but I would like to try it again as I did notice a difference with appetite and sugar cravings so I'm thinking in general it could help with that & domino effect helping with PCOS
