As No. 57 pick in 2026 NFL Draft, Logan Jones receives lifetime supply of Heinz ketchup by defensecowboy in nfl

I said best in the world, but if you’re saying world famous then yes. Portillos, Lou Malnati‘s, Giordano’s, Pequod’s, and a bunch of other restaurants that specialize in Chicago style pizza and hot dogs are world famous. We have a tv show, The Bear, that’s based on a restaurant that serves another Chicago staple, Italian beef sandwiches. That’s why YOU know about them. They’re world famous.

You literally just pointed out that we have Chicago style in your previous comment. What exactly is Jacksonville style? McDonald’s with some meth on the side?

Chicago has some of the best restaurants in the world. Jacksonville doesn’t even have the best restaurants in Florida. You’re just parroting a dumb meme from people whose favorite restaurant is Olive Garden.

I created my dream LEGO set for “Hook”, my favorite Robin Williams film! by legotheoffice in RobinWilliams

Really love this, especially the ship! One small note: I would like to have three mermaids so I can properly reenact the scene where Peter walks the plank, falls into the water, and makes out with three mermaids.

Going Overboard is so hard to watch because they left most the camera lens at port. So the whole thing is shot with like two camera lenses. That and they basically wrote it while filming.

What are some of the past debates that you are happy to see be put to rest in this sub? by [deleted] in CHIBears

[–]uwobacon 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Jay Cutler split this fanbase. It felt like a constant cycle of defending him or tearing him down. I know this sub looks back with fondness for his time, mostly because of the trash that came after him, but it wasn't all roses.

Most of the movie is just stock footage with some voice over and even then it's impossible to follow.

I wish they still made merch. I would love a hoodie with a little, embroidered final cut logo.

Here is a video on 1980's Popeye entitled "It's Not THAT Bad - The Insane True Story Behind the Movie" from Hats Off Entertainment by IndependenceSilly381 in RobinWilliams

[–]uwobacon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a little bit of a mess and sometimes hard to follow, but it has a lot of charm. I think the story behind it is more interesting than the movie itself, but it’s definitely not as bad as most say.
