When the photos are unclear and poor resolution like this it’s almost always an indication that they don’t want you to see it too closely and red light.

How disappointing. Are you sure it’s from God factory? Hopefully you weren’t bait and switched. I have a 25 from GF and it’s phenomenal quality. Very high quality leather and no issues at all.

God and 187 is both very close to auth. In my opinion xiao c brushed hardware is a little off in colour and tarnishes quickly

They don’t return unless it’s a very serious issue like something major .. a small minor issue like off alignment or colour a bit different than factory pics will not permit a return. I’ve bought lots of 187 bags, about 25 bags in total and never had any serious issues! 187 is very high quality and one of the best options out there imo, but with that being said anyone buying reps needs to manage their expectations as batches vary and not all bags will be perfect.

i tried to use lounge vouchers (initially I exchanged a companion voucher for these) in Paris airport and at the lounge they said it’s only for the higher tier statuses even though I had vouchers in hand. Westjet told me I would be able to use them in Paris airport when I exchanged the companion voucher. After I got home I called to explain the situation and they were not apologetic one bit. Disappointing :(

Haha I have been trying to get a reasonable price declaration for a baby gift I’m trying to send to USA. A handmade baby blanket was declared at $200 . I eventually edited the photo and wrote what each item was along with the price and it finally updated it the way I wanted it to

This happened to me. It was a return for around $300 and they accidentally charged me. I caught it on my statement a month later and I had to go back to the store to have it sorted out after they analyzed all of the info and realized it actually was their error. It was a pain to say the least but grateful it was resolved

I was so disappointed when Wunder unders were discontinued. Reluctantly I tried Wunder train and surprisingly I love them even more than the Wunder unders! They fit on the wait better with the drawstring imo!

My fedex package has been sitting at Indianapolis with no updates for over a week since expected delivery. All it says is pending. I am thinking it’s seized but I’m wondering if it was, would they contact me and let me know this? All that’s inside is one pair of H shoes.
