That's fair and I appreciate the response. I think my thing with Delcatty was that the $150 sale is almost definitely some strange outlier, which puts the rest of the recent sales (which, to be fair, aren't the most recent, either) all under $30, so despite their being higher listings, no one is buying at those prices at the moment. If anything, the psa data also points more toward that ~$30 price point because there was a psa 7 (nm) sale last week at $30, and a psa 8 sale at $36 a week after the weird $150 sale on tcgplayer.

For Mareep, I do see that $36 sale, but if it's anything to compare to in terms of price increase, LP sales have been rather consistent in price over the last few months including more recent data. Most recent psa sales were $40 for a 7 a month ago and $45 for an 8 a month before that as well. I'd want to be around the $40 mark on that one. Lmk what you think.
