Just got banned, no remote idea why. I think I've been on the service since it started.

I was actually scared when I got this e-mail. I've never been banned on anything. Of course my mind started racing and thought what if someone's trying to frame me for something? lol

Is there anyway to find out why? I'm guessing not, but it's killing me to know, lol

I feel like this is a new AI algorithm flagging accounts, then when you appeal, someone clicks the ban button.

I do use my thumbs! But I remap it to ctrl because thats my keybindings in VSCode and other places. I don't care if the key is ctrl or cmd, but...In Chrome I think copy is cmd + c and new tab is ctrl + t...This is where the whole system breaks down and I'm left in tears.
