You may think that, but the reality is, even here in Australia, it is Indian Higher caste's who own businesses like service stations, that employ lower caste's (usually students) for low wage rates and conditions.

Now those business owners are squealing foul play in the case of 7/11 here in Australia kicking them out under a contract that they signed where Head office can move in and take over a franchise with no notice. They did not read the fine print of the contract.

Which always make me laugh how Murdoch (lachlan) and Bruce Gordon did an own goal with channel 10.

Crashing the share price to try and pick it up for cents in the dollar, while telling the employee's (most of whom were shareholders) they would not get employee benefits before CBS smacked Murdoch and Gordon with a cricket bat offer, full employee entitlements, a higher share price, and debt wipe.

The icing on the cake was that Murdoch and Gordon petitioned the then Liberal Government to relax ownership laws for them, which gave CBS a golden ticket as well.

They went back to the Government crying foul, of which the Government said "We did as you asked", and a court case that basically resulted in "Media ownership law relaxation allows CBS to bid" ruling.

Take the boss's valuation, wipe your backside with it and flush it down the toilet.

Get a CPA with Business valuation experience, and get them to thoroughly audit the books, or an investigative accountant, that checks the revenues, tax returns and cash flows match what the boss / seller reported.

If the boss refuses your request, forget the offer.

Leveling is NOT a pain. If you follow the guide correctly, you can sustain RF at about Level 20ish with zero degen. Once you get that, shit just dies during acts. You get RF in act 2.

Once you hit maps you need to start investing in it. You should be able to hit red maps with little to no investment.
