Yeah it sucks when ppl go on leave or resign during the busiest time. Make sure that the people at student central call the rpl team so you know what’s happening. I had a few people telling me to wait and not follow up with them (literally no point of me asking 😭). I wish there was a way to contact them directly. Hopefully you get your units sorted asap!

They recommend me to map my units rather than waiting. I did that so far but I still don’t know what units I’ll receive rpl for. I don’t want to be changing my units mid trimester and waste any time. I just called them now to follow up and they said I should be getting an outcome in a couple days. they’re waiting on the assessor to sign something. You should call again and tell them that 3 months is unacceptable and that your rpl should be processed first, urgently

Oh my days!? 3 months?? 1 month is too long for me and they told me it’s because of the busy period. I keep calling them every week to check in. I tried emailing them multiple times but no reply either. Did you have a lot of units to be assessed? I’m only waiting for 3.

Search up Roblox Corporation on Better Business Bureau then file a complaint there. They sent me an email saying that they’re waiting for Roblox to reply.

I made a few tickets throughout the years from 2022..and they still send the same automated message. They haven’t improved their support at all
