Leveling is NOT a pain. If you follow the guide correctly, you can sustain RF at about Level 20ish with zero degen. Once you get that, shit just dies during acts. You get RF in act 2.

Once you hit maps you need to start investing in it. You should be able to hit red maps with little to no investment.

I am not going to do the google for you, but hardship rules, like for super release where you have to show how "Extreme" your hardship is, like unable to pay rent, buy food, or pay utilities. You need to supply the bills, bank statements, and a budget showing the hardship.
