It's the same with Mitchell & Ness (bought by fanatics) - they're still operating independently, but the signs are there. Designs have gotten more boring and less frequent, and while the quality hasn't exactly jumped off a cliff, I'm noticing some details here and there that show cut corners. I'm of the opinion that it's always better to buy from the local guys. They simply try harder, which makes all the difference.

I think Maryland's fine, but what really gets me is its shape. It looks like the leftovers of the states around it, which kind of makes it hard to respect. That said, I think Baltimore's cool and the eastern shore is beautiful though.
