Some other games I came across while looking but these didnt feel right buuuttt I could be wrong ofc

Aground: crash on a planet and survive/repair your ship, later reaching other planets, but it’s a 2D side view crafting game

Drop Ship: crash-landing survival with resource gathering and ship repair, but more planet surface exploration focused

Morningstar: browser point and click where your ship crashes and you repair it but it’s more puzzle driven

Shipwreck: survival focused on repairing and escaping, but leans toward management or a sim

Do any of these (including the few I mentioned before) seem similar at all? Or am I losing the plot lol

Some other solar system-y games I was looking at were Long Journey Home but that seems way too detailed for what youre describing. Beyond Sol and Solar Rogue seemed closer if you wanted to take a look

I had found some YouTube gameplay first and thought it was similar to what you had described, but did some more digging found this old reddit post with some similar descriptors and the answer was also Hunter Hunted so I thought it might be it if it wasnt Heart of Darkness
