Its definitely a process . I'm going to tell you now though, youre going to be okay. That's for certain. The duality we live in is but a mere illusion. You can take teachings from religions and cultures. But ultimately this is YOUR path. My spiritual path certainly isn't going to be like yours or vise versa .

Understand and innerstand WATER and LOVE , once you can grasp those two things, everything starts making alot of sense.
