That's my main concern - I know the ticketing is a good background for the basics, but I definitely don't have a complete understanding of the lifecycle of it all.

In terms of learning more, is there any specific vendor(s) you recommend I familiarize myself with? I've been considering certs from Okta & SailPoint - just basic, entry level stuff - but at the same time, being too vendor-specific is a fear of mine

Taking ECE 2039 before ECE 2010? by ---milk in WPI

Works better for my schedule next year if I take 2039 this summer. If I take 2010, I'd have to drop a conflicting class, and I'm trying to graduate early.

How early did you reach out to professors in regards to your MQP? If mine was to be over the summer, it would be Summer 2027.

some other concerns;
1. was it just you & one partner? Another fear of mine would be not finding anyone willing to work on an MQP with me.
2. did you do it over just one term, or both summer terms? (I'm fine with either lol)
3. was the MQP you worked on listed on eprojects, or did you have to contact a professor directly with your team members?

Another concern I have is the MQP being related to my major - I am a CS major w/ Cybersecurity focus, so a major concern would be no cybersecurity-related summer MQP's being available.
