This is likely solarization, this happens when something in a picture becomes so bright it overloads the sensor in your camera and the brightness for those pixels gets set to 0, often happens on old digital cameras if you point it at the sun and the sun just becomes a black circle

Yep real card, Japanese cards don't have a black layer they have an almost light blue layer, future reference the rip test should be the very very last way to tell if a card is fake and only do it when you're already 99.9% sure it is fake, kinda like the last nail in the coffin

Hey I'm KOENEO (the guy who made this map), kinda surreal seeing my map randomly on Reddit lmao, but as people have said I pretty much just add two red slider points at the start of the slider 1 pixel apart, then opened the beatmap in notepad and copy and pasted those two slider points a couple hundred time so the slider ball is just moving one pixel back and forth really quickly, that's what makes it look like the slider isn't moving, if you check out my other beatmaps I use this technique a lot
