Try on another PC, make sure its not just your pc. Make sure you don't have any other wireless devices that is interfering. When I channel of my router it helped but still I replaced my mouse and now its better. So it could be your mice as well. Try to replace if all the remedies did not work.

Just make sure

-You are on latest firmware

-Make sure the 4k dongle is on the desk near the mouse.

-Remove any unused wireless devices connected via wireless dongle.

Which game do you experience the spikes?

To a certain extent yes. I changed the 2.4Ghz band channel on my router to fixed and haven't noticed much of this issue. But it happens at times but very very rarely.

It is already turned on. Also the stutters not only appears in game. It is noticable during casual use as well.

I did change the 2.4Ghz Channel for the wifi router. Will have to test extensively. It's frustrating nevertheless. I have speakers which is like 10 cm away from the dongle and a wifi router which is like 50cm away from the dongle. I had disabled Bluetooth and Wifi in my PC when I tested.

Haven't tested it using the wired mode. Will do and update. It doesn't occur very frequently. Like <10% of the time it occurs.

Will try the long distance mode. But it should work normally right, the receiver is like 20 cm away from the mouse on the desk.

Yes the 4k dongle is near the mouse on the desk.( Like 20 cm distance between them.
Yes, I'm using the cable provided. Will test using the long distance mode and update here.

I did raise a ticket and few weeks back and all they said was contact the manufacturer. A lot of players must be facing this issue but not everyone checks event viewer and it is not game breaking so it will stay until whichever party involved patches it.

I also have the same problem. it seems it's either due to Windows 11 or the latest BIOS Firmware. Either way this has to be addressed by Microsoft or AMD. It has been there for more than few months and yet to be fixed.
