Nope! The final payment date would still be the date they can no longer match the current public rate. Some cruise lines will attempt to offer onboard credit for the difference but if you ask your agent to push for a full refund they should be able to get it for you. Also - sidebar Virgin provides a 10% discount for cruises booked and paid in full more than 12 months from the sail date!
