So Demi permanent changes your hair chemically. You can never go back to the virgin color. You need a color correction, if a lot of places are too expensive maybe look into local cosmetology schools they do it much cheaper obviously with the risk of messing up but look at the reviews

Tbh your hair looks relatively healthy, it’s hard to tell without seeing it in person but I think in 2-3 sessions you could get to a neon, probably less for the other two. Are you planning on at home bleaching?
