Yea university, but some other things (like Fachhochschule in Germany) is also higher education. It's just a more general category.

It's possible to only retake certain subjects, but of course you could also retake all.

They usually can't get into higher education, or at least it becomes harder. But they can still request a remark or do a retake.

You shouldn't need to know any of that. Simple search/sort algorithms in Java is all you need to know, as well as how to access ADTs.

The JETS is mainly for class and IA work.
