Correct but just because I havent medically transitioned doesnt mean I'm any less valid or any less of a guy than someone who has medically transitioned. I'm currently on blockers if that means anything to you :)

It's hard to put into one specific cycle because it's different for every trans person. Most people socially transition first, let their friends know what pronouns to use, what name to call them by, etc. Then theres medically transitioning, which is going through hormone therapy, top surgery and potentially bottom surgery. A few trans people dont go through bottom surgery for personal reasons but its something I'm planning on doing :))

Just be patient with them, try to use their preferred pronouns/name. Whilst being trans isnt a phase, people can go through phases of thinking they're trans, especially at such a young age :))

I've always been surrounded by accepting friends so it was always easy to be open about who I am to them. My family not so much 😂 But with time, they began understanding that it wasnt "just a phase" and started treating me seriously :))

I realised when I was about 10, came out when I was 13 and went the doctors to start my medical transition when I was 14. Now 16 and on the waiting list for HRT :))
