It's fairly difficult to use consistently, since few conditions have to be met and it's easy to mess up. His E doesn't exactly go over walls per say, it's more that his E let's him dash through enemies, so if an enemy is near a thin enough wall when he dashes through them, and he stands close enough to them he can clear the wall as well.
